The fabric in tubular form is made of any twist with the combination of a turn table and de-twister.

A pair of feed rollers driven by A.C. Inverter drive, feed the fabric to an S.S. Scray for its onward tensionless passage to the ballooning section.

The fabric passes into water trough over a guide roller and is ballooned by means of compressed air blown across the face of the tubular fabric. The size of the balloon is regulated to prevent any over stretch.

The balloon fabric devoid of any crease is squeezed through the squeezing nip located at the high end of ballooning assembly.

The squeezing rollers are optionally provided with Neoprene covering, polyurethane covering, Roberto or Textractor rollers.

 

The processing of tubular knits necessitates minimum and delicate handle of the goods for adding value to the fabrics to meet the upwardly moving standards of fabric.

Harish Balloon Padder has been designed with this demand in mind ensuring the processors best operating condition ever possible. The bleached, dyed or washed tubular fabrics need to be opened and squeezed without any crease marks.
